• You retain full copyright and ownership of your manuscript and final book files.

• Energix Publishing may request permission to feature your book cover in our portfolio.

3. Content Restrictions

• We do not work on plagiarized, hateful, illegal, or offensive content.

• We reserve the right to cancel projects that violate these terms.

4. Revisions & Communication

• Most services include 1–2 rounds of revisions (as per package).

• All communication should occur via official channels: email or client portal.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee book sales or rankings post-publication.

• We are not liable for issues arising from third-party publishing platforms.
