Due to the custom nature of our services, our refund policies are designed to be fair and transparent:

Full Refund Eligibility:

• If the project is cancelled before work starts, you will receive 90% refund (10% covers processing/admin fees).

Partial Refund Eligibility:

• If the project is partially completed, a partial refund may be offered based on unutilized work.

No Refunds Will Be Issued:

• After the final deliverables (edited file, cover design, published book) have been submitted.

• If the client fails to respond or deliver necessary inputs for over 30 days.

In Case of Provider Error:

• If Energix Publishing fails to deliver due to internal reasons, a full refund will be provided.

• Requests are processed within 5–7 business days
